Overview
OneCRAFT completed the end-to-end interior fit-out of Craft Coffee & Roastery at The Podium, transforming a bare shell into a fully operational café. The scope covered guest-facing bar and seating, back-of-house prep, and F&B-compliant MEPF integration aligned with mall requirements and the brand’s roastery aesthetic.
Scope of Works
- Front of House: bar & POS counter, display/merch shelving, menu wall & feature lighting, seating layout and circulation
- Back of House: prep area, washing, dry/cold storage, equipment rough-ins and set-out
- MEPF: electrical distribution & lighting, structured cabling/POS & data, plumbing & sanitary, mechanical/HVAC, FDAS tie-in
- F&B Provisions: grease trap connections/vent, exhaust & make-up air, water filtration, floor drains & slip-resistant finishes
- Brand & Finishes: durable surface selections, wood/stone accents, signage provisions, acoustics tuned for indoor mall environment
- Compliance & Closeout: mall coordination and permits, QA/QC, testing & commissioning, as-builts, O&M manuals, staff handover
